How to Add Shipping Protection

1. Add your items to your cart.

2. Select Worry-Free Delivery in your shopping cart before checkout.

3. Complete your purchase. Your order will include the optional shipping protection.

4. Shop with confidence. If a covered delivery issue occurs, you can submit a claim through Seel.

How Much Does It Cost?

Shipping Protection is generally priced at approximately 2% of your order value, with the exact cost displayed in your cart before purchase.

Need to Make a Claim?

If your order is lost, damaged, stolen or significantly delayed, you can submit a claim directly through Seel.

Claims are reviewed according to the protection terms, with eligible claims typically processed within approximately 48 hours.
